Timber Cavity Units
A custom-made timber cavity unit pre-assembled for ease and efficiency of installation. A high grade of Australian timber composes the body for a warm aesthetic finish. The timber composition is also suited for insulation purposes as the quality and solidity of its substrates offers resistance against elements passing through. The unit is complete with a track-and-carrier system curated for smooth operation along the galvanised steel twin track. Designed to hold rigid form over time and use, the carrier also glides along the track quietly on its nylon wheels.
Details
Standard units are designed to suit a clearance under the door of 20mm adjustable to 6mm and to be direct mounted to finished floor surface. The cavity is available in two models capable of carrying an 80kg and 180kg load respectively. The pocket is versatile in application to accommodate a series of architectural settings. A single or double door may be formed with the cavity whilst the door's fitting may be flush or proud of the opening/closing jamb.
